The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always available to assist us. We also loved the rooftop area, it was a great spot to relax in the evening. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being near the coast, restaurants, supermarkets, and a gas station. It made it easy for us to explore the area and find everything we needed.
One major downside was the noise level in the rooms. We could hear the cars, motorcycles, and other noises from the street, which made it difficult to sleep.

The Historical Museum of Chania is sooo close, only 800 meters away. And the free public parking is conveniently located nearby, so I didn't have to spend hours searching for a spot.
Oh, and let's not forget the lovely view of the petrol station from my balcony. How charming!

The location was great, just a short walk from the city center and close to supermarkets and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I also liked that they offered excursions at competitive prices, making it convenient for guests.
I had a few negative experiences during my stay. the water pipes from the air conditioners were connected to a mop and bucket on the balcony, causing it to always be wet and unpleasant.

The studio had a cozy double bed which made me feel right at home. I loved the well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for cooking meals during my stay. The private bathroom with a shower was convenient and clean. The spacious private balcony in most units was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The studio had a toaster and an electric kettle, making breakfast preparation a breeze. The stovetop in the studio allowed me to cook my favorite dishes with ease.
Personally, I found the private bathroom with a bath or shower less appealing.

Great Hospitality, Feels Like Home, Highly Recommended
I arrived early, but the staff promptly gave me the keys and made me feel welcome. They even provided discount cards for nearby eateries, allowing me to enjoy a delicious breakfast in bed at a great price. They also helped me with car rental and storage for my luggage on the day of departure.
Although there were some drawbacks, such as noise from the street and the need for better sound isolation, the helpful receptionist was able to accommodate my request to change rooms. The renovated room was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean.

I stayed at a lovely hotel in Crete for 3 nights. The receptionist was so helpful, even giving me a lift to the bus station. The room was spacious and had great self-service laundry facilities. Having a supermarket nearby and a kitchen in the room made eating in easy. It was also conveniently located, being just 1km from the old town and the local beach.
Would recommend this hotel.
